Specht is a manufacturer of poultry farming technologies with a tradition dating back to 1961. The company offers a wide range of products for rearing pullets and keeping laying hens, including cage and aviary systems as well as laying nests—all fully made in Germany.

Specht Varia Plus

The Varia Plus system is the result of our many years of experience. It combines the benefits of various types of installations, offering hens the advantages of natural movement while supporting their social behavior. The modular system enables efficient use of technology, and an optimal layout ensures effective flock management.

Original Specht Rearing Aviary

Our rearing aviary incorporates all the knowledge gained over recent years. It is divided into three levels, with nipple drinkers adjustable in height according to the age of the pullets. The front sections of each compartment can be closed. A special ramp on the lower level functions as a ladder, allowing free movement of chicks from the floor to the first level and then to higher levels. Dividers between sections can be locked to separate the birds into smaller groups.

Egg Production Automation

We offer a wide range of robots for every stage of the production process. We also provide additional packaging solutions, including top pad applicators, conveyor systems, automatic box folding and gluing, as well as box sorting and traceability.

Palletizer

From 25,000 to 72,000 eggs per hour. The junior robot can stack egg trays and place them on a pallet at a rate of 25,000 eggs per hour, ideal for use behind the P200 egg packer. The palletizer can handle 4 egg trays in a single movement.

Depalletizer

This robot can unload stacks of eggs from a pallet onto a sorting machine, with a capacity ranging from 45,000 to 180,000 eggs per hour.

Case Packer

A versatile robot for packing eggs into cartons, capable of filling boxes and stacking them onto pallets. Features a patented automatic gripper head change system compatible with any type of packaging.

Case Pallletizer

A robot for stacking boxes onto pallets, capable of handling up to 4 pallets with different types of boxes simultaneously. Capacity ranges from 90,000 to 360,000 eggs per hour.
